- ½ cup Just Organik Multi Millet Melange Dalia
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Rinse the dalia well in water 1ā2 times.
- In a pan or pressure cooker, heat ghee and add the dalia.
- Dry roast for 2ā3 minutes on low heat to bring out aroma.
- Add water and salt. Pressure cook for 2ā3 whistles or simmer in a covered pan till soft.
- Serve hot as is or with a bowl of curd/pickle.

- Add 2 cups water. Cook until soft and fluffy.
