Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship all the order on the same day as of the order (except for Sunday) placed before 1 PM, Monday to Saturday. For all the other orders, the shipping happens on the next day.
For the orders to Metros, please allow 24-48 hours for delivery and for all the other places, the order may take 2-5 days, depending upon the coverage from our logistics partner.
The delivery charges are applicable @ INR 100/- for any order below INR 500/-

We know the quality of our products and want you to be convinced. We are also looking for a long-term relationship with you and hence will go an extra mile to make sure that you acknowledge the healthy touch of mother nature.
If you do not like the quality of any product, please give us a call @ +91-8800798585 and we will be happy to make a replacement or cash back as per the T&Cs mentioned in the site. For any cash back, the delivery charges will be deducted.

For cancelling your order please call at +91-8800798585 and quote your transaction ID/ order number. We will cancel your order as per the policy and if confirmed, you will receive an email confirming the same, within 2 hours of placing your request.
Since we are dispatching the Order on the same day as the date of order, it is difficult to cancel the order, once placed. However you might still cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it.
If the order is canceled within 2 hours of placing, full amount will be refunded to your account. This might take few days and would depend upon our payment gateway partner.
If the order is canceled post dispatch, the two way delivery charges will be deducted and the balance refunded to the Buyer.
The refund in such cases or in case of a missing product will be added to the JOY Wallet, which could be used for future purchases. The refund for online payments could be processed through the Online Payment gateway, if all the policies of the JOY Wallet are met (Refer Point No. 6 of Privacy Policy ). In such cases, the refund might take 5-7 working days to process and reflect in the customer’s account.
